At Veema Crochet, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our handmade baby items. This policy outlines our procedures for processing, shipping, and delivering your order.

 

1. Order Processing Time

Since many of our crochet frocks, outfits, toys, and accessories are made-to-order with love and care, our processing time includes both creation and packaging.

  • Standard Items (In-Stock): 1-3 business days.
  • Made-to-Order Items (Frocks/Outfits): Typically 5-10 business days for crafting, depending on the complexity and current order volume.
    • The specific estimated processing time will be clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.
  • Business Days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in India.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your package is delivered safely across India. We offer PAN India Delivery.

  • Shipping Method: We use standard courier services for domestic delivery.
  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery usually takes an additional 3-7 business days, depending on your location (metro, non-metro, or remote areas).
  • Total Estimated Time (from Order to Delivery):
    • Creation Time (5-10 days) + Shipping Time (3-7 days) = 8 to 17 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and are subject to change due to factors outside of our control (e.g., natural calamities, courier delays, regional restrictions). We are not liable for any delays once the package is handed over to the courier service.

 

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions of your package, and the destination pin code.
  • Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping on orders above a specified value. This promotion will be clearly communicated on the website banner or during the checkout process when applicable.

 

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the courier name and a unique tracking number.
  • You can use this number on the courier company’s website to track the real-time movement of your package.

 

5. Packaging

  • We ensure all products are securely and carefully packaged to withstand transit and arrive in perfect condition, maintaining the quality of the 100% soft cotton yarn items.

 

6. Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address during -checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
  • Damaged Upon Arrival: If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please do not accept it from the courier if possible, or immediately take clear photographs/videos of the damaged packaging before opening the contents. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof so we can assist you with a claim. (Refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for more details on defective items.)
  • Lost Shipments: If the tracking information confirms delivery but you have not received your package, please check with your local post office and neighbors. If the issue is not resolved, contact us, and we will assist in filing a claim with the courier.
