At Veema Crochet, we value the love and care that goes into each handmade item. Please read our policy carefully regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.
1. Order Cancellation
Due to the handmade nature of our products (frocks, baby outfits, toys, and accessories) and the fact that most items are made-to-order, we have specific cancellation guidelines:
- Cancellation Window: You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.

- Post-24 Hours: Once the 24-hour window has passed, the creation process of your unique item begins. Therefore, we cannot accept cancellations after this period.
2. Returns & Exchanges
We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our 100% soft cotton crochet items. However, since each piece is handmade and often personalized:

Final Sale: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or variations in handmade design.
- Please Note: Product photos are representative. Due to the handmade process, slight variations in color, texture, or size (within a small tolerance) are inherent and not considered a defect. Please ensure you check the provided size chart before ordering.
Exception: Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive an item that is genuinely damaged or defective upon arrival, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
- Procedure:

- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at veemacrochett@gmail.com.
- Include your Order Number and clear photographs/videos showing the damage or defect.
- Once the claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- We will cover the return shipping costs for approved defective items.
3. Refunds
Refunds are processed only in the following approved cases:
- Case A: Order Cancelled within 24 Hours.
- Case B: Item Approved as Damaged/Defective (if a replacement is not possible or desired).
- Case C: Order Cancellation due to unforeseen inability to fulfill by Veema Crochet.

Processing Time:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after the cancellation is approved or the damaged item is received and inspected.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
